Membership Terms of Service

  1. Acceptance of Terms

By becoming a member of Canada’s 2SLGBTQI+ Chamber of Commerce (CGLCC), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

  1. Membership Plans and Payments’

2.1. Membership in the CGLCC requires the payment of dues, annual or monthly for National Associate Membership only.

2.2. Annual membership dues are due upon registration and thereafter, on the annual registration anniversary date. Monthly membership dues are due upon registration and thereafter, monthly on the same date as registration.

2.3. Members are responsible for providing accurate and complete billing information. Failure to do so may result in the suspension or termination of membership.

2.4. All fees, including member dues, are non-refundable.

  1. Cancellation of Membership

3.1. Members may cancel their membership at any time by notifying the CGLCC by email to office@cglcc.ca or by cancelling their membership via the members portal.

3.2. Cancellation will take effect at the next renewal date; no refunds will be provided for the remaining membership period.

  1. Membership Renewal

4.1. Membership is automatically renewed unless cancelled by the member before the next renewal date.

  1. Late Payments

5.1. Members are responsible for ensuring that their billing information is up to date in the CGLCC membership portal.

5.2. The CGLCC reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for late payment or non-payment.

  1. Membership Benefits and Obligations

6.1. Members are entitled to the benefits associated with their selected membership level as outlined by the CGLCC .

  1. Privacy

7.1. The CGLCC takes the privacy of its members seriously. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how personal data is collected, used, and stored.

  1. Changes to Terms

The CGLCC reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Members will be notified of these changes and continued membership after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

  1. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of Ontario. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario.
