IREX is a global development organization that implements the Young Leaders of the Americas Initiative (YLAI) Fellowship Program. It’s a program of the U.S. Department of State Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs. This fellowship is a fully-funded exchange program for young business and social entrepreneurs (ages 25-35) from Latin America, the Caribbean, and Canada.
YLAI is currently recruiting for their 2024 cohort. Their team is looking to connect with organizations in the region that can act as an ambassador for the program and reach new recruitment sectors. Please note that it is a highly-competitive program with only three available fellowships for Canadian applicants.
