EY’s Canada vs NY BizPitch Contest

PARTICIPANTS: All past CGLCC and nglccNY winners of the annual BizPitch contests
JUDGES: EY Partners/Executives
LOCATION: VIRTUAL – Zoom
Overview:
The Canada vs US EY Pitch Off is an opportunity for Certified Suppliers from both the CGLCC and NGLCC to put their pitch skills to the test. All suppliers taking part in this event will be previous participants of the EY Pitch Competition.
The Canada vs US EY Pitch Competition is a further effort to support 2SLGBTQI+ entrepreneurs, the competition will provide competitors an opportunity to match their pitch with the best of the best, and hear feedback from EY judges from across the border!
TWO-ROUND FORMAT:
- ROUND ONE:
- 10 Participants (5 from CGCLCC, 5 from nglccNY)
- Three-minute pitches
- ROUND TWO:
- Top FIVE from Round One (as selected by EY)
- Six-minute pitches + two-minute Q/A
PRIZES:
- 1st Place: Invitation to the 2023 EY Strategic Growth Forum
- 2nd Place: Tuck’s GROWING an Established Diverse Business (Part Two!)
- 3rd Place: 2 tickets to 2023 CGLCC or NGLCC Conference
