Learn the barriers and strengths that are specific to LGBQT2+ and Minority Leadership and take steps toward increasing the visibility of senior leadership in the workplace. This training supports capacity building for those with an intersectional approach to leadership, providing aspiring leaders tools to end self-oppression, bring their full selves to work, and create brave and inclusive spaces for their teams.
Speaker
Jeremy leverages his experience in Non-profit, and corporate work to provide leadership development to managers and leaders of all levels to support them in becoming inclusive and impactful.
His lived experience as a gay man also informs his work in helping 2SLGBTQI+Q2+ leaders overcome internal and external barriers to expand 2SLGBTQI+Q visibility in the workplace. He also helps organizations and teams to develop behavioural competencies, leverage diversity, and move through change, creating team development strategies to enhance performance results.
