• Defining Diversity: A quick refresher on terms introduced in the previous webinar: Looking at basic definitions of EDI terms (including EDI – Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion)  

• Setting goals and realistic timelines when creating ERGs (Employee Resource Groups) and EDI committees

• What to focus on and present to the organization/company 
• How to measure deliverables from the group/committee 
• How to keep committees running for the long term 
• WHO is joining the committee?  

• How to train, educate, and engage with “allies” and equity deserving groups 

• How to create safer spaces for open and honest conversations 
• How to continue education and ensuring access to information  
• How to keep training and education accessible for all
