CGLCC Releases a Request for Proposal for an Upcoming Event Management Project

Toronto, Ontario — Canada’s 2SLGBTQI+ Chamber of Commerce (CGLCC), has launched a Request for Proposals (RFP) for an Event Management Project.

Objective: 

CGLCC is seeking to procure the services of an Event Management Agency or Independent Event planner to provide event management and logistics services. The majority of the project (80%) will be the 2SLGBTQI+ Business Symposium series featuring five (5) 1-day conferences for 2SLGBTQI+ entrepreneurs and business allies. The remainder of the project (20%) will be fractional remote event management support for 6-8 half-day regional info sessions, with 15-50 attendees per event.

Proposals must be submitted in English in PDF format to ashleigh.brown@cglcc.ca no later than July 24th, 2024, at 5 pm ET. When delivering, the proposal subject line must be “Proposal for CGLCC Event Management Project”.

CGLCC will notify all bidders in the form of an email upon receipt of their proposal. CGLCC is not responsible for bids that fail to meet this deadline.
